Tim St. Laurent's Annual Summer Basketball Clinic (Grades 1-9) - Summer Basketball Clinic- Session 1- 2025 Where: Sweeney CourtsBallers: Boys and Girls in Grades 1-9Time: 9am-12pmSession One: Thursday & Friday, June 19 & 20 (2 days) - $100Session Two: Tuesday- Thursday, August 12, 13 & 14 (3 days) $150.00Fee: sign up for both for only $200Register for BOTH weeks by May 31st and get $50 off- after that date discount will not be offered Join Manchester Essex High School Boys Varsity Basketball Coach Tim St. Laurent, will be running two summer basketball clinics at the outdoor courts at Sweeney Court (we are bringing in additional hoops). The clinic will be from 9am to noon each day. This clinic is for boys and girls in grades 1 through 9 (2025-2026 School Year). The sessions will be fun drills that concentrate on dribbling, passing, shooting, proper footwork, and defense. There will be games throughout the morning for all levels. The clinic will be run by the coaching staff, current and former players of the high school team.Coach Tim St. Laurent has been named the Cape Ann Coach of the Year four times in his nine years at Manchester Essex and in 2024 was named Coach of the Year by the Massachusetts High School Coaches Association. Manchester Essex High School Boys Basketball team have been the Cape Ann League champions 6 of the last 7 seasons, during the last three seasons the team won 40 straight league games.

Zumba Gold with Pat Martines - Chowder House - Zumba- 2025 Join Zumba Gold for adults with local Zumba instructor, Pat Martines! This class is a party like dance fitness program with music from around the world. It is gentle to the joints and easy to follow. Class will focus on building cardiovascular health, balance, coordination, and flexibility. You will burn lots of calories and have fun dancing!!!! Don't forget to eat a good breakfast and bring water. This exercise class will take place at Tuck's Point, Chowder House on Tuesday's from 10:00am-10:45am.
