Join the fun with Viking Sports.This energetic, non-contact flag football class teaches fundamentals like passing, receiving, running routes, and flag pulling. Designed for all skill levels, it focuses on teamwork, confidence, and positioning through drills and structured 5v5 scrimmages. Participants enjoy high-paced, safe, coed play while improving agility and understanding basic offensive/defensive strategies.
