Summer Solstice New Moon Beach Yoga and Meditation Classes • Register • View Cart •

Join Medium Jamie Day and Yoga instructor Chloe Osgood for 90 minutes of self care to close out the Summer! We will begin with an energy report to help you make the most of the astrology of the moment. We will ground ourselves with a gentle yoga flow in the sand while the sun sets and the full moon rises. We will come together in community for a guided meditation set to the sounds of the surf. These annual events receive great feedback from participants who report feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and restored! We look forward to connecting with you when we all treat ourselves to this special evening together! Once registered, parking passes for the event will be given out.
