Tae Kwon Do with Brian Malik (Gr. 1-6)
Master Instructor, Brian Malik has had over 40 years and 40,000 hours of teaching and coaching experience. He has trained over 3000 students and was the Head coach of the Massachusetts Jr. Olympic Tae Kwon Do team. His program involves strength and athletic training, self-defense skills, life lessons, games and contests. These classes will be held at the Manchester Memorial School.
