Hornets After School Program- Reg 2024-2025 • Register • View Cart •

As of August 20th 2024 the Hornets Program is FULL on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Please email Heather DePriest to be added to the waitlist @ depriesth@manchester.ma.us 
Registration Fee- A non-refundable one-time-only annual family registration fee of $75.00

2024-2025 Monthly Tuition Fees:
1 Day per week: $149/month
2 Days per week: $210/month
3 Days per week: $280/month
4 Days per week: $340/month
5 Days per week: $399/month
The Hornet’s After School Program is a full time after school program that offers a safe, supportive alternative between school and home for the children of Manchester-by-the-Sea in grades K - 5.  The Hornet’s After School Program is run by the Manchester Parks and Recreation Department.  Heather DePriest, the Program Director for the Parks and Recreation Department has run the After School Program since its inception in January 2007.

After School Program Activity Schedule
Grades K-2- 3:00-3:30
Cafeteria to eat snack & free time in the cafeteria.
Grades 3-5- 3:00-3:30
Gym to play an organized game. If the Gym is being used the playground is the location.
Grades K-2- 3:30-4:00
Gym to play an organized Game. If the Gym is being used the playground is the location.
Grades 3-5- 3:30-4:00
Cafeteria to eat snack & free time in the cafeteria.
Grades K-2- 4:00-5:00
Small playground outside cafeteria
Grades 3-5- 4:00-5:00
Larger Playground out-front of school (must take backpack in case of pickup)
Grades K-5- 5:00-6:00
All grades together for homework time and free play
