Free Halloween Goodie/ Treat Bags for the children of MBTS

For the last 71 years the Manchester Halloween Committee has been serving the children of Manchester by the Sea. This year they are pleased to announce they will continue to bring spooktacular joy to all Trick or Treaters by giving away FREE Goodie/ Treat Bags.

Registration will be open from October 14th to October 27th. There is no fee to register - these bags are totally free to Manchester by the Sea residents!!!! (I know, right?) So awesome!!! Just register at www.mbtsrec.com 


Pick up will be at the American Legion on Sunday, October 31st from 3:00-5:00pm. There will be a drive through at the American Legion parking lot for pick up. All families will be asked to remain in the car and wear masks.


**Please note. If you have 3 children in your household and you would like 3 bags, please register all three children so we know exactly how many bags will be needed. 

The Manchester Halloween Committee, Manchester Police Department, American Legion and Manchester Parks and Recreation is very pleased to be able to work together to provide a special treat for the children of Manchester by the Sea during a pandemic. Happy Halloween!!!
