To better streamline our pick-up procedure, we ask that if your child will be walking/biking home from Playground at any time this summer that you read and sign the statement below. If we have not received said form, your child will not be able to walk/bike home alone. Thank you for your help keeping all of our Playground kiddos safe! 

We ask that you register for this release for each week your child attends Manchester Summer Playground. Without a weekly release we will not allow your child to walk/ride home.
