Come spend your mornings with instructor Mary Hart. Morning Practice- Based upon the principles of Hot Power Yoga, this class is primarily standing poses designed to increase strength, concentration and balance. Expect to hold the poses for 30-60 seconds while breathing deeply and connecting to the beauty of the sand, surf and sun. You will sweat, detox and purify your body, mind and spirit. Deep relaxing following class includes Reiki, Aromathery and Meditation called “Consciousness at Rest”. Bring a large towel as well as water, an eye pillow or sunglasses and sunscreen. Rain days will take place at Tuck’s Point Chowder House. Check your email if you are unsure! Please bring sneakers for Tuck’s Point as the flooring is not completely smooth. Includes parking during the class, stay after the class, swim, walk the beach and enjoy a cold brew from The Laughing Gull Café!
